Date – When will the congress take place?
ACEEPT meets in Karlsruhe from November 22 to November 28.
Participation Fee – How much do you have to pay and what is included?
Students: € 250
Professors: € 550
The fee will include accommodation in a hostel in Karlsruhe as well as all the meals and some beverages. The fee also covers all additional costs for transportation in Karlsruhe and entrance fees for activities.
General Information – Things you have to know in advance.
Before we start to work together in Karlsruhe you will have to think about the topic ‘Increasing MICE Tourism by using arts’ by writing a pre-assignment. This assignment should help you to gain basic knowledge in order to benefit effectively from the congress.
Each participant and each participating university, has to organize their arrival independently. If you have any questions considering transfer from airports or railway stations, don’t hesitate to contact us.

Each of the participating universities has to fill in a registration form which we’ll send you in may for every participant. The professors will also collect their students’ participation fees and will transfer the money into our bank account till 20.10. at the latest. Once registered and having received the confirmation you are an ACEEPT participant for the 2009 congress in Karlsruhe, Germany.
